Masks

Between nature and artifice, tradition and fantasy, the sacred and the offbeat, each piece seems to come straight out of a dream in which ancient spirits have taken a bath in color. I reinterpret the idea of the sacred mask in my own way: more than a ritual object, it is a companion of the imagination, a small concentration of poetry for our (slightly too) rational world.

Entre nature et artifice, tradition et fantaisie, sacré et décalé, chaque pièce semble tout droit sortie d’un rêve où les esprits anciens auraient pris un bain de couleur. Je revisite à ma façon l’idée du masque sacré : plus qu’un objet rituel, c’est un compagnon d’imaginaire, un petit concentré de poésie pour notre monde (un peu trop) rationnel.
